I read the info about the test late, so I tuned in about 0530 or so. I heard the sweep tones under another station much like you did, but my dominant station was a beautiful music station. I was able to mostly phase it out, but still had a spanish station like in your recording and a jumble of other stations. I did not feel that I had enough for a report.

There were several times around 0545 when the station came up in strength for a minute or two. I could more clearly hear the tone sequences, caught one of the announced IDs and one of the CW IDs. Signal was only fair with some dropouts. At this point I felt I had enough info and submitted a report.

I was surprised to hear anything since my antennas are not fully setup.
