[IRCA] Grayland 1044 kHz 3 Station Mix-- UnID Mystery

The recording linked below is a 3 TP mix recorded at 1355z on November 8 at Grayland, WA last weekend. The Japanese female speaker is the CRI Japanese service announcer, and the Korean male speaker is the 10 kWÂKBS station in Samcheok. There is also an additional female speakerÂaudible under these two stations, speaking in an unknown foreign language in a somewhat raspy voice.ÂDoes anyone have any idea who she is? I recall that Bruce also mentioned hearing three TP stations on 1044 kHz during his Grayland DXpedition in October-- maybe this is the same station that showed up for him, Chuck, Nick and Tom last month?ÂAny suggestions would be appreciated!ÂÂÂ
