[IRCA] 1390 WSPO Test

Hi Everyone:

I did a quick check on the recording this morning and nothing heard. Later this afternoon I went over the full hour the test ran, and again nothing heard. This surprised me as usually the tones make it through. Of course KRKO's IBOC slop didn't help. What I did hear was a Spanish station that sounded very much like a XE. No IDs for that heard. I also heard someone playing continuous holiday music that ID'd at Y-FM. Anyone with ideas on who that could have been?
