[IRCA] TP 4 Nov Victoria version
Not a morning to remember, upper band completely dead, on the lower
band only the regulars made reasonable strength, and some of that was
before 1300UT....sunrise? well, the sun came up.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
594 JOAK man and woman in JJ 1447UT, the nearest to sunrise enhancement
747 JOIB EE lessons 1258UT
774 JOUB JJ speaking woman 1350UT, then a quick fade. Nothing was up
for very long
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
972 HLCA man and woman in KK 1259UT, quickly fading so that the pips
on the hour were barely heard
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
738 Tahiti likely, man talking, FF inflection 1417UT
891 JOHK NHK pips 1400UT followed by man in apparent JJ //594
1008 JONR? woman and man talking, possibly JJ 1418UT
1053 KK jammer 1353UT
1134 JOQR? two men talking JJ inflection, hard to tell in 1130 splash 1414UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
693 864 909
best wishes,
Nick
