Re: [IRCA] [NRC-AM] Sad News

Sad to hear of this loss to the DX community.

I have also read that Graham Maynard of the UK (Northern Ireland) passed away recently. He was an avid antenna experimenter.

RIP Dave and Graham. May the DX be better 'up there'.

Subject: [IRCA] Sad News

Hi everyone,

I have sad news to report that long time DXer and IRCAer, Dave Williams has passed away. He just had his 80th birthday in the hospital. He had been in poor health for sometime after his wife, Christina passed away 2 1/2 years ago. But I thought I would let everyone know. I have no idea if a funeral is planned or what, but I will pass on any information as soon as I know. His nephew will be in contact with me later this week. Dave wanted me to have his receivers and QSL's, so it looks like those will be preserved.

Patrick
