Can't say that I noticed a real improvement in conditions here this 
morning, that others did.  Most loggings were a quick fade up and 
that was the end of it, outside the big guns which weren't that big.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1116 4BC likely, man in DU  EE, not loud but quite clear in spite of splatter

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)

594 JOAK? woman talking, JJ inflection, 1422UT
612 4QR?  woman talking, DU EE inflection, 1302UT
819 N. Korea.  Man talking, seemed //2850, 1457UT
945 unID.  female vocal mx, western style 1422UT, not //594.
1044 unID.  woman talking 1303UT, too much splash for language ID
1053 KK jammer 1301UT
1323 CRI  usual stringed mx leading to chimes and fanfare on the 
hour, 1258UT, but pretty much gone by 1300UT
1566 HLAZ? man talking, possibly CC 1411UT



Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter)
