[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-24

Hello All,

It was "check your antenna" time this morning at my 1240 start time as the Asians were all completely comatose-- without even a weak carrier to be found. This dreary situation continued until about 1350, when the auroral propagation brought 738-Tahiti up out of the noise (in the KCBS splatter, as usual). Tahiti rose up in strength to reach a fair level just after the 1400 TOH with both female and male announcers giving the news in French, but the South Pacific station was no match for splatter from the San Francisco pest, and 737 kHz was used to make an MP3 recording. Tahiti bailed out around 1410, and that was pretty much the story for another lackluster session.
