[IRCA] KPRI 1550

I just read on the Northwest Broadcasters site that the new proposed transmitter site for KPRI Ferndale WA to Port Roberts WA, has been turned down by Whatcom County regarding height requirements. I guess the discussion will go on. The FCC already OKed the move, but apparently the county still is not happy with it.
