[IRCA] DXer.ca down after DDOS attacks...

Over the last couple of weeks (and maybe months) there have been numerous
cyber attacks
on my coffee and radio websites -- we have no idea where the attacks are
originating and
it might be a while before my ISP and I figure out how to deal with it.

For the time being DXer.ca and all its great resources and materials are
off line.

My thinking is -- the popular DXer.ca forums were being targeted by
referral spammers
Many websites have this problem - but in the case of the the DXer and
Coffee site, someone
took their rejection much more personally and launched some very impressive
attacks.

The ISP has taken my sites down until further notice -- which is sad...
DXer.ca not only
serves the radio community but raises money for charity through Ian
McFarland's
local and regional activities.
