[IRCA] DX Tips for WDXR

1210   CFYM   Canada, SK, Kindersley  good on top at 2245 EDT 10/17 with weather for Southern Saskatchewan. Quite good. (PM-OR)

1220    KDDR  North Dakota, Oakes barely above the jumble with C&W song followed by "This is Dakota Country" (KDDR is part of the Dakota Network) at 2305 EDT 10/17, then into spots and then more C&W, lost in the jumble.  Unneeded by heard rarely.
