[IRCA] TPs in Seattle on October 12

TP conditions today were reasonably good, but were down a bit from the 
past couple of days.  The low -end NHK stations remained dominant, and 
the high end was rather unexciting.

GOOD
693    JOAB, Japanese talk 1333
747    JOIB, 3+1 pips, then woman talking 1200
774    JOUB, 1357 English lesson, man talking about Louis Armstrong
972    HLCA, phone interview 1227

FAIR
594    JOAK, excited Japanese talk 1206
981    CNR1, instrumental music 1350, woman 1359, 5+1 pips & ID 1400
1053    jammer 1159
1566    HLAZ, mostly poor-nil today with the usual church service but 
occasionally at fair level.  Best at 1238 with choir, woman soloist, and 
organ
1575    VOA, 1159 sign-off announcement in English, giving postal and 
email addresses.  Carrier off a few seconds after 1200.

POOR
567    JOIK, Japanese talk & pips //594 1200
576    Unid, female talk 1405, too weak to ID language
828    JOBB talk //774 1239
