[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on October 8

TP conditions remain somewhat OK here, with several stations showing 
brief moments of greatness today.  There was quite a bit of activity 
after 1400 today, with some signals hanging in until about 1430.

GOOD
890    KBBI, woman with ID for KDLL Kenai and KBBI Homer (in that 
order), then marine weather 1359 with remnants of CJDC in the background
972    HLCA, the usual at 1300: Korean talk, music, woman with KBS ID, 
3+1 pips, then fanfare and female talk.  Same thing at 1400.
981    CNR1, woman in Chinese 1256 almost as strong as 980! Fair-nil 
otherwise but still had faint talk 1429.
1566    HLAZ, best reception today was during the Chinese program, with 
woman fading up at 1357 and 1408.  Still quite good 1416. Weak but 
recognizable talk 1436.  So-so signal during Japanese program before 1345


FAIR
774    JOUB, Japanese talk 1328 & 1413
1287    JOHR, fading up for a few minutes with Japanese male 1410-1416


POOR
693    JOAB, Japanese talk 1316
747    JOIB, woman talking 1356
1242    male talk 1407
1476    male talk 1421, not sure of language
1503    JOUK, 1400 pips & weak talk in the splatter
1575    Weak female talk 1338
