[IRCA] KRKO Digital

I just checked 1380 and in the splatter of KAST 1370, I can only detect a carrier in the HD mode. Way too weak to get any digital lock, let alone audio. But in analog, I can get KRKO well enough to listen to days, but weak. Better on the upper sideband.
