Looking at the display on the Excalibur, the signal extends from 1370.5 to 1389.5 kHz.

I tuned in to KRKO-1380 about 10:03 PDT this morning and it was operating in normal analog. At 10:05, it switched to digital. All white noise which extended over 1390. I couldn't tell what was happening on 1370 since the KKMO-1360 transmitter is one mile away.
