[IRCA] TPs in Seattle on 8 Sept

This was my first serious DX session of the season, and the results were interesting. A few of the usual suspects showed up with audio, some good and some barely there.

I was impressed by the sheer number of TP carriers I could see on the Excalibur display, although many of them were just a few dB above the noise. Some of them would surely have produced audio were it not for the ubiquitous electrical noise.

Good - mostly understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly
972 HLCA, man in Korean 1258, fanfare & woman talking across ToH, then Korean pop song, good despite CKNW splat
1566 HLAZ, Japanese male 1259 briefly rose up out of the muddle
1575 VOA, woman & man in SEA language good 1311, weak VOA ID 1300

Fair - a few words understandable by a native speaker
774 JOUB, language lesson 1316

Poor - recognizable program content
747 JOIB bits of talk 1311
828 JOBB language lesson //774 1318
981 CNR1, Chinese talk 1301
1053 Korean jammer
1242 bits of talk 1307
1287 Man & woman in Japanese 1311
1422 JJ male in heavy 1420 splat at 1258
