[IRCA] TP 3 Sep Victoria version

Again, fairly lively right out of the starting gate at 1130UT, the "usual Asians", though I couldn't claim "usual Asians" like 603-HLSA, 693-JOAB, 1044-CRI and 1134-KBS as Gary did, hi. 1116 made a fairly good appearance for DU representation to round things out both early and late. Can't say there was much sunrise enhancement this morning though.....another splashy morning, with a new buzz in the electrical noise pantheon

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

not today

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB solo classical piano, woman in JJ 1147UT, a bit of a change from the language lessons. Maybe piano lessons instead.
828 JOBB piano mx, woman in JJ 1156UT //774
972 HLCA man in KK 1220UT
1116 4BC presumed, maybe a game show "question five, let's see..." by man 1148UT , back at various times, good level again at 1324UT to round out the session, man in DU EE
1566 HLAZ woman in JJ 1233UT, couple of other times later as well

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

747 JOIB classical piano, woman in JJ //774 1149UT
1053 KK jammer 1208UT
1287 JOHR? man in JJ 1141UT
1566 HLAZ woman talking on phone, other woman responding , CC, 1140UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

567 slow female vocal 1306UT, not //594
594 JOAK man talking JJ inflection, 1154UT, NHK pips at 1200UT, but not much else
873 JOGB woman in JJ //828 1146UT
1098 man talking DU EE inflection 1308UT; NZ?
1107 man talking, maybe DU EE? briefly up 1330UT
1575 woman talking, maybe SE Asian language? 1307UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

612 702 738 864 909 936 1008 1044 1143 1179 1206 1242 1269 1323 1332 1593 (at least five carriers, one about 35Hz high)

best wishes,

Nick
