[IRCA] TP 24 Aug Victoria version
Like Nigel said, this evening's TA's outshone this morning's TP's,
pretty well exclusively Asian. It was an odd morning however, very
splashy, and the stations heard would fade up suddenly to quite good
levels, then fade down again.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
972 HLCA woman in KK, then a musical interlude followed by two men in KK 1252UT
1287 JOHR two women talking JJ 1152UT
1566 HLAZ man in JJ 1240UT (some audio from the earlier CC program,
but poorer than this)
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1053 KK jammer 1250UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1575 Thailand? oriental string and vocal mx 1251UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
774 man talking, DU EE?1247UT, very hard to tell in splash
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
702 945 1143
best wishes,
Nick
