Re: [IRCA] CISL 650 BC to move tx site



I have no idea, but CISL has a poor signal here on the Oregon Coast. They are supposed to have a semi lobe this way at night, but it seems like they are using the day pattern day & night. 800 Penticton has never dropped power at night. They are gangbusters here at S9+20 easily.
