A bounce back for the Asians this morning, and some reasonable 
signals earlier on as well.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

594 JOAK.  Woman and man in JJ 1311UT
666 JOBK.  Woman in JJ //594 1304UT


Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music) :

603 HLSA?   Slow instrumental mx 1301UT.
747 JOIB.  Man talking //774 1240UT
828 JOBB.  EE lessons 1306UT
981 CNR1? Man talking 1307UT, sounded CC.
1053 KK jammer, 1241UT
1206 Yanbian? Man talking, briefly, might have been KK, 1242UT; off channel.
1323 CRI.   Usual stringed mx before 1200UT, leading into chimes and fanfare.
1422 JORF?  Man talking 1308UT, too much splash for guess at language.
1575 VoA.  Yankee Doodle 1300UT, woman in SE Asian sounding language

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter):
