[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on April 2

It's been said that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result each time. Well, much to my surprise, today's TP DX was almost exactly the same as yesterday's. I'm not sure what that says about me or the hobby, but after weeks of wildly varying conditions I actually found some consistency for once. A couple of stations dropped off the list today and a couple of others got better, but not by much. VOA-1575 was again the leader of the pack with the 972 and 1566 Koreans getting the silver and bronze medals.

GOOD
972 HLCA, briefly good with group discussion 1309
1566 HLAZ, woman in Japanese, a couple of FEBC IDs 1314
1575 VOA, impressive signal at times in SE Asia language 1316-1329, much weaker by 1330 with English ID & Yankee Doodle

FAIR
774 JOUB, language lesson 1204

POOR
747 JOIB weak conversation 1208, sounded like language lesson
981 CNR1, Chinese talk 1330, may have also had ID with their usual signature tune but not sure
1206 Yanbian, woman & man in Korean 1301 on 1206.97
1287 Weak male talk 1354
1503 JOUK, weak Japanese talk 1324

CARRIERS
594 693 828 963 1017 1053 1323 1422 1593
