[IRCA] TP 31 Mar, Victoria version

Not much of an enhancement today, but it was remarkable what popped up briefly from time to time from 1129UT onwards, several tentative Chinese for example.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

774 JOUB. EE lessons, family drama, father and teenage daughter, 1313UT.
1566 HLAZ. JJ man at 1332UT, and during JJ program closing announcement after 1340UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

594 JOAK. Man in JJ 1335UT
972 HLCA. Man in KK 1220UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

747 JOIB. EE lessons 1206UT
828 JOBB. EE lessons 1252UT
1053 KK jammer, 1304-1306UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

567 JOIK? Man in JJ? 1240UT, no 594 available just then.
738 Tahiti? man talking, maybe FF? 1333UT
873 JOGB. Theme mx for end of EE lesson 1259UT, followed by pips on the hour.
981 CNR1??? Woman talking, could be CC inflection. Way too much 980 splash.
1206 Yanbian? Woman talking, maybe KK 1140UT. Also man talking 1246UT, sounded like a speech, 1246UT
1323 CRI? Woman talking, maybe RR? 1129UT
1557 Taiwan? Vocal pop ms, erratic fading 1334-6UT, best on north Flag.

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

864 891 945 1089 1116 1134 1188 1242 1287 1422 1458 1512

best wishes,

Nick
