[IRCA] TP 29 Mar, Victoria version

Not as much action before 1200UT today, and sunrise enhancement started around 1315UT, with a couple of second string Japanese popping in (quietly) for a minute or two until about 1340UT.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

not today

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

603 HLSA likely, laid back female vocal 1328UT, didn't last long
774 JOUB. Woman in JJ, man agreeing 1227UT.
828 JOBB. Man w/wx report 1305UT.
972 HLCA. Quiet female vocal mx 1346UT.
1287 JOHR. Man in JJ 1146 and 1227UT
1566 HLAZ. Woman in JJ, FEBC mentions 1256UT. (at 1221UT, had heard man preaching in EE, then a translation into ?, at somewhat less strength than this)

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

567 JOIK. Woman talking 1334UT //594.
594 JOAK. Pips at 1300UT, fading up to man in JJ.
747 JOIB. Man in JJ 1236UT //774.
1053 KK jammer 1220UT
1503 JOUK. Man talking //594, 1332UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

954 JOKR? Must have been the morning for lazy mx.. This at 1315UT, didn't sound like JOKR to me, but male announcer had a rapid fire JJ way about him.
1134 Man talking 1242UT, rather laid back, so maybe Korea?
1323 CRI?? Androgynous easy listening vocal mx 1340-1UT
1575 VoA? Woman talking 1323UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

702 738 819 864 873 891 918 981 1008 1098 1206 1242 1422

best wishes,

Nick
