[IRCA] TIS/HAR List Update

Folks,

In January, my laptop died. I lost some things (as expected).

I was in the middle of finishing up the update to the TIS/HAR list at the time and I lost about a month and a half before I was able to continue with the effort. Due to that delay, I decided to postpone the update until this Summer, when I will go through the FCC database once again. Meanwhile, I will continue to look on-line for information (I found quite a bit more information than I was expecting).

Please continue to post your TIS/HAR loggings to the eGroup or send me updates (phil_tekno@xxxxxxxxx).

I will make another announcement in the eGroup when I start the final update this Summer.

Thanks for what has been posted so far... very helpful to KNOW these are being heard!!
