[IRCA] TP 25 Mar, Victoria version

Even less of an astonishing morning today (they rarely are at this time of year, though Grayland can be fun, I seem to recall), but a bit of a lift around 1340UT

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

972 HLCA. Woman in KK 1346UT
1566 HLAZ. Woman in JJ 13401UT, good strength through end of JJ program at 1344UT; back at pretty much the same level 1345UT with intro to CC program, woman and man speaking in unison, then individually saying what sounded like "radyo, radyo, radyo" back and forth....

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

603 HLSA presumed. Laid back male vocal, then equally laid back male announcer, 1340-3UT
774 JOUB. EE lessons 1203UT.
1323 CRI. Woman in RR 1234UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

594 JOAK. Woman in JJ 1350UT
747 JOIB. Man w/wx 1313UT
828 JOBB. Woman in JJ 1159UT, fading down to weak pips on the hour. None of the NHK stations benefited from the enhancement this morning.

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

1053 KK jammer; same old song, 1325UT
1251 unID. Man talking 1358UT, at the border of imaginary; would like to believe it //6175, but that would be stretching it.
1287 JOHR? Two men talking 1324UT, JJ?
1332 unID. Woman talking 1340UT, very briefly; could have been JJ.
1575 unID. Woman talking, not enough to guess at language, 1344UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

 873 981 1314 1422 1593

best wishes,

Nick
