[IRCA] KCKM DX Test Heard Well in Alabama

Sweep tones, code, and "off-hook" busy signal made it in under constant 
Greenville pest, WYRD at their basketball game. New one here for me as 
well. As Steve said, West Texas falls into a tough spot with skip zones, 
so this one is much appreciated!

Congrats to all involved in the test. It was heard coast to coast, so a 
very successful test.
