Listened from 1306-1407 utc. MW conditions were down this morning. Tuned to the Tropical band and heard the same stations that I heard on 01/21/2014.
Two Alaskan weather forecast stations were also heard.

394    ALASKA, Kodiak KAK20  1313 very weak signal with weather forecast. NW ewe. 03/21/2014

594    JAPAN, Tokyo, JOAK NHK1 1306 very weak signal with man in Japanese. Heavy splatter. Good at 1357. Sky wire. 03/21/2014

603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Namyang, HLSA 1357 good signal with music. Sky wire. 03//21/2014  

648    RUSSIA, 1358 weak signal with woman in Asian language. Moderate splatter. Sky wire. 03/21/2014

1215  Philippines, Cebu, World BC Corp. 1402 assuming the station with very weak signal. Sky wire. 03/21/2014

1422   JAPAN, Yokohama, JORF RF Radio Nippon 1404  weak signal with music. NW ewe. 03/21/2014

1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1311 fair signal  with man in Chinese. NW ewe. 03/21/2014

2850 DPR KOREA, Pyongyang, 1331 good signal with violin music. W-SW ewe. 03/21/2014

3250 DPR KOREA, Pyongyang, 1333 good signal with woman in Korean. W-SW ewe. 03/21/2014

3320 DPR KOREA, Pyongyang, 1336 good signal with talk followed by music. // 3250. W-SW ewe. 03/21/2014

3480 REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Gyeonggi-do, 1348 Voice of the People good signal with Korean talk. Jammer like hum under signal. W-SW ewe. 03/21/2014
