[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 3/15/14

There isn't much to report from this morning's session.  

At 1216 UTC I noticed a fair heterodyne on 972 kHz.  Finally at 1238, a barely audible woman speaking in KK was heard briefly in KCFO-970 splatter before 
fading away at 1239 (LSR @ 1241).  HLCA was the only TP signal observed.  

Receiver: Tecsun PL-310ET with 7-inch FSL antenna.
