[IRCA] TP 14 Mar, Victoria version

Today, it was enhancement, or nothing. (a slogan for a T-shirt....?) well....there was a moment or two earlier, but mostly unexciting...plus, the enhancement pretty much fell off the cliff after about 1415UT. No sign of DYRF today here, and overall, quite a bit fewer stations today.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

594 JOAK. Man in JJ 1407UT
972 HLCA. Man in KK 1412UT
1566 HLAZ. Big "Nihongo hoso" mention by man at start of JJ program 1230UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB. Man in JJ 1413UT
1287 JOHR man in JJ 1417UT
1422 JORF likely w/two women in JJ 1408UT; rarely this strong

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

567 JOIK w/woman talking //594 1359UT
828 JOBB EE lessons 1329UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

603 HLSA likely w/deep voiced man mumbling 1406UT
747 JOIB language lessons //774 1238UT
1323 CRI? man talking 1209UT, maybe RR? 1236UT also
1053 KK jammer 1233UT
1512 DYAB?man talking in splat, Tagalog? 1411UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

 693 864 1017 1188 1458

best wishes,

Nick
