Nick,

Nice work on your probable reception of 1017-Tonga during their emergency broadcast that evening.

During last summer's Oregon DXpeditions the station was usually signing off around 1100 UTC, but the schedule is irregular (according to Mauno, who was at Yachats in July). I was lucky enough to catch a late sign off at 1205 UTC on one day during my July Rockwork DXpedition, although the Yachats DXpedition group was reporting daily sign offs around 1100 UTC on most days.
