I'd use the 50 ohm resistor in series with the 100 ohm pot so you can cover 450 to 1350 ohms which is high enough for a Double KAZ and allow for better fine tuning than with a 500 ohm pot.  73 KAZ

>Thanks for mentioning that Mark!  As it happens, I had to put a 50 Ohm fixed resistor in series with the 100 Ohm pot this time as I was running out of room trying to adjust nulls.  More wire in the antenna than I'm used to?  180' DKAZ is BIG and putting it up in the wind is kind of a challenge.
