[IRCA] TP 4 Mar, Victoria version

Not a stellar morning here, though not as bad as Bruce described. Things were minimally lively from 1230 to 1320UT, then got quite dull until pretty much 1430UT for a few minutes

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

not today

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB briefly at this level w/man and woman doing EE lessons 1249UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

1593 CNR1 man in CC 1433UT, ID'd at weaker level a few minutes earlier //6175

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

747 JOIB traces of EE lessons just before 1300UT, pips on hour; same was heard on 828, but very weak; JOBB was "better" at 1239UT w/woman talking unintelligibly.
972 HLCA? man talking, might have been KK, 1247UT
1053 KK jammer 1238UT
1314 DWXI heard w/group vocal mx 1428UT, but ID'd tracking webstream at 1435UT w/more music, then man talking. 1566 HLAZ? woman talking CC inflection 1438UT. At this level a couple of times earlier in the JJ program

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

612 738 1287 1512

best wishes,

Nick
