[IRCA] Short Notice... DX TEST TONIGHT.

I did not arrange this, did not set up.. just saw word of it posted.

WWXL 1450 Manchester, KY will do a 30 minute DX test tonight at 11pm
Eastern time. THe test will consist of voice and morse code.

I have NO contact information regarding reports.
