[IRCA] Cuba on 1040

Thanks to some modest auroral enhancement and, especially, the absence 
of WBZ IBOC noise, I caught a nice ID from a very wobbly Radio Mayabeque 
a few minutes ago.  I'm now trying to ID a station with Spanish music on 
1020, mixing with KDKA and Radio Reloj.

The WBZ IBOC outage may not last for much longer, so get 'em while you 
can...
