[IRCA] TPs in Seattle on February 7

It wasn't a particularly good morning. A few of the usual suspects made brief half-hearted appearances, but only the Koreans on 972 and 1566 were there for the long haul. In this case, "long haul" means the audio didn't disappear until after 1330. There was no sunrise enhancement today, except for carriers on 1422 and 1503 that faded in for a couple of minutes.

Good - A native speaker would have understood at least 30 seconds of it
972 HLCA, jovial man and woman talking 1302.
1566 HLAZ, Japanese program fair-good between about 1230-1325. The signal peaked at about 1255. It started to drop off 1320 and was pretty much gone after 1335

Fair - A native speaker would have recognized a word or two if they tried
774 JOUB, weather report 1308
1575 VOA, Asian talk 1305

Poor - I was doing good to detect audio
693 JOAB, weak Japanese talk in the CBU splash 1255
828 JOBB, very faint talk 1258, weak pips 1300
963 1327 woman talking weakly thru the 960 splash, probably CRI Russian service but too weak to ID the language

Carriers - 603 1422 1503
