[IRCA] Question about radio coverage of Super Bowl XLVIII

Will non-flagship stations on the Denver and Seattle radio networks (i.e., other than KOA-850 and KIRO-710) that want to carry today's game have to do so via Westwood One/Dial Global network, or will it be business-as-usual for those stations?
