Hi Ken,

Hopefully you were recording last night.  1720 was active with a pirate 
that came on the frequency at 0250 UTC.  The programming was Radio Free 
Whatever (likely relayed by pirate "Undercover Radio).  S5-S6 signal 
here, but all alone of course on this frequency.
