[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 21 Jan 2014

      Listened between 1430 and 1510 today, but the results were pretty 
modest.   The usual duo of Korea on 1566 and VOA on 1575 had some fair 
audio at times, and like yesterday 1593 had a faint trace of audio here 
and there.  The only other audio was from Japan on 1422.  It was just as 
strong as 1566 and 1575, not at all normal, but in line with what Dennis 
was hearing.    No audio on the low band, but 693 was close.
