[IRCA] DX, evening 19 JAN

Low to mid band TA's were strong when I checked around 2315 UTC right 
after the Pats (losing) game.

Lower latitudes did the best with Mauritania 783 really loud followed 
in the strength hit-parade by Morocco on 612, Canaries on 621, and 
several from Spain with 774 among the bigger boomers.  UK 693 (mixed 
with Spain) might have been the best from northern Europe.  Last night 
Holland was good on 675 and 747 but those weren't doing quite as well 
tonight.

There was also quite a bit coming up from the south including 
Venezuelans (750 mix CBGY, 780 atop), Puerto Rico (580, 940), and many 
strong Cubans.

Someone running better antennas or at a beach site would no doubt have 
had some more interesting stuff.
