[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on Saturday Jan 18

It was an interesting morning here, thanks to a brief sunrise 
enhancement that brought in several second or third tier high band 
signals for a few minutes.

China 1593 had a good signal here, too, but was partially covered by 
KLFE-1590 splatter.

Good - parts of it completely or mostly understandable
1566    HLAZ, Chinese male monologue 1443

Fair - some words and phrases understandable
774    JOUB, man & woman talking 1208
972    HLCA, woman and man talking 1242
1593    CNR1, Chinese talk in 1590 splatter 1540


Poor - miscellaneous stuff amid the noise and splatter
567    JOIK, lively conversation surfaced briefly 1234, sounded like the 
same people I heard earlier on 594 but unable to confirm //
594    JOAK, animated conversation 1228, hadn't heard this one for the 
past several weeks
747    JOUB, 1300 weak time pips
828    JOBB, Japanese talk 1207
1170    KBS, 3+1 pips & woman in presumed Korean 1500 behind KPUG
1278    male talk 1541, JJ-like inflections
1296    bits of talk 1540, possibly in Japanese
1314    weak music 1542
1332    weak talk 1543
1359    carrier 1541, possibly some audio //1593 but way too much KKMO 
splatter to say for sure
1377    CNR1 Chinese 1544 talk //1593
1503    JOUK, weak time pips 1500
1557    Bits of music in  domestic splatter 1504
1575    VOA, man in unid language 1411
