[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 18 Jan 2014

      It was interesting to hear about the huge signal on 1593 reported 
out west.  Such was not the case here.  1593 had a bit of weak audio, 
much like the last couple of days.  It was Korea on 1566 that rose 
today, with it's best signal of 2014.   Given the similar differences in 
tranmsitting and receiving locations, it's possible the cause for the 
boost was the same in both instances.  same propagational Otherwise, not 
much.  A few words from 1575 VOA.   Some other decent carriers on the 
top end (even 1602). but only rather weak carriers down the lower end of 
the band.
