[IRCA] CFMB 1280 Montreal

Because of its northern night pattern, CFMB 1280 Montreal is a very rare visitor at my QTH in Madison WI. However tonight it is dominating 1280 here with a strong signal and very little QRM, so perhaps pattern is out of whack or it is still on day power. Programming is ethnic with occasional call letter IDs in FF.
