[IRCA] blues music format under WWVA 1170 ?

 Hello To All,
Hearing a station off and on under WWVA in West Virginia on 1170 this evening. I've ruled out Slovenia and WDEK in South Carolina so far with their webfeeds not matching what I'm hearing.
It has been constantly playing  a blues music format since first hearing it approximately a half hour ago . No station ID's so far .  It is currently 00:47 UTC / 7:47 PM  Eastern Time 
Anyone else hearing this ?
