[IRCA] Mysterious Test tones on 1340

For about the past 10 minutes, I've been hearing someone on 1340 running intermittent test tones, almost like a frequency check.  30 sec of tone, followed by 18 sec of silence, alternating between the two.  Seems to be looping NW-SE from Omaha.  Anyone else hearing this?
