[IRCA] 1620 possible spanish pirate

I'm hearing Mexican/Latin music on 1620, behind Rebelde.

Possibly La Que Buena, a mexican pirate in South-East PA - (Kennett 
Square), near Philadelphia.

But I'm really unsure.  I haven't been able to match what might be the 
station's livestream:
