WCIT E-QSL in my E-mail box this afternoon.  Prompt
reply from Mark Gierhart.

As I mentioned
yesterday, WCIT 940khz was verified back in 1985.  So
this E-QSL is for the novelty only and does not enter the
log book.

1985 was a good year for QSL's with
100 total including ZDK 1100, VOA St. Johns 1580, CKWX
1130 and five from Florida!
