Poor conditions this morning. Listened from 1355-1416 utc. Came back a listened at 1508 and conditions dropped further.
153 RUSSIA, Komosomolsk, Radio Rossii 1355-1400 good signal with 5+1 pips at 1400. Active whip. 12/17/2013
828 JAPAN, Osaka, JOBB NHK2 1414 very weak signal with woman in Japanese. NW ewe. 12/17/2013
1566 REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1416 weak signal with man in Chinese. NW ewe. 12/17/2013
