[IRCA] WKAL DX test HEARD in Omaha

Not heard at 2200-2205 ELT, but heard rather faintly in the soup at 2302 ELT with bits of Morse Code.  Loop was (and still is) pointed at about 75 degrees, which is right in the direction of Syracuse.  Didn't give this one much of a chance.  Needless to say, my best catch so far this season.  :)
