I just had a phone call from Ken Zichi (of Williamston, Michigan) that WKAL was heard by the guys on the Michigan Area Radio Enthusiasts DXpedition in Brighton, Michigan....    code IDs at 10 pm Eastern.  

At 10:30 pm 1450 here was mostly somebody in Spanish.  (I'm guessing WRLL-Cicero?)

I heard weak code beginning at 10:02pm EST, lasting for a little over a minute before stopping or fading away.  WKAL, maybe?  Checking future ToH's and BoH's before claiming anything.
