[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle for December 5

Conditions were better today than yesterday, but still not all that 
great.  Sort of like going from worse to bad.

Good - almost fully understandable to a native speaker for a short while
1566    HLAZ briefly fading up with announcements in Chinese 1527-30, 
otherwise fair-nli

Fair - some of it was understandable
972    Woman in Korean 1436
1575    VOA, talk in SEA language fading up 1525.   A couple of English 
IDs 1530, then switched to a different language

Poor - garbled mish-mosh in the noise
774    JOUB, Weak talk & time pips 1500
981    CNR1, CC talk in 980 splatter 1502
1557   Taiwan?, bits of music 1513
1593    CNR1?, occasional syllables in the 1590 splatter at 1503
