Listened from 1425-1543 utc. Conditions picked up with sunrise enhancement with most stations being in the very weak to weak range. JOUK 1503 did managed a good signal at 1511 with music. 1575 with two stations on equal terms at 1538 utc with fair signals. No sign of HLCA 972 this morning,  just a weak het. 

279    RUSSIA, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Radio Rossii 1425 fair signal with man in Russian. Active whip. 12/02/2013

594   JAPAN, Tokyo, JOAK NHK1 1521 finally heard this morning with weak signal and Japanese talk. NW ewe. 12/02/2013

603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Namyang, 1502 assuming the station with poor signal. NW ewe. 12/02/2013  

693    JAPAN, Tokyo, JOBB NHK2 1505 weak signal with woman in Japanese. Heavy splatter. NW ewe. 12/02/2013

747    JAPAN, Tokyo, JOIB NHK2 1457 weak signal with man in Japanese. Heavy splatter. NW ewe. 12/02/2013

774    JAPAN, Akita, JOUB NHK2 1431 very weak signal with man in Japanese. Weak at 1458. NW ewe. Moderate splatter. 12/02/2013

1287  JAPAN, Sapporo, HBC JOHR 1508 weak signal with man in Japanese. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 12/02/2013

1314  JAPAN, Osaka, JOUF Radio Osaka Obc 1528 fair signal with man in Japanese. NW ewe.12/02/2013

1386   JAPAN, Morioka, NHK2 1531 one of the NHK2 stations with Japanese. Fair signal. NW ewe. 12/02/2013

1422   JAPAN, Yokohama, JORF RF, RF Radio Nippon 1510 weak signal with music. NW ewe. 12/02/2013

1503  JAPAN, Akita, JOUK NHK1 1432 weak signal with man in Japanese. NW ewe. Good with music at 1511. 12/02/2013

1557  TAIWAN, Kouhu, Music Interactive Network. 1513 weak signal with music followed by woman in Chinese. NW ewe 12/02/2013

1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1433 weak signal woman in Chinese. Fair signal at 1500. NW ewe. 12/02/2013

1575 THAILAND, Rasom, VOA 1436 weak signal with man in Asian language.  NW ewe. 12/02/2013

1575  UAE, Radio Fadra 1516 assuming the station with pop music over and under a weak VOA with Asian talk. NW ewe. 12/02/2013
1584  UNKNOWN, 1519 very weak signal with man talking in ? NW ewe. 12/02/201
1593  CHINA, Changzhou CNR1 1522 weak signal with woman in Chinese.NW ewe. Heavy KOHI splatter. 12/02/2013
